With nearly two decades of experience in Medical Technology Sales, Jason Zygadlo founded build.your.own.brand, leveraging his expertise from pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He specializes in cardiothoracic, vascular, Women's health, and Oncology, having worked in startups and Fortune 100 companies.

A Kent State University graduate, Jason actively engages with his alma mater and fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega. He fosters a culture of hard work and success and finds inspiration in his family.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys college football, live music, travel, and lakeside relaxation.

Tracy Stross MBA, BSN, RN

Tracy's career journey spans clinical and corporate healthcare roles, with her undergrad in Nursing from Kent State, she started as a Registered Nurse and expanded her expertise with an MBA in Healthcare from Baldwin Wallace University. She excelled in sales and clinical positions in medical device, technology, and consulting companies.

Her diverse experience and passion for guiding career transitions extends well beyond healthcare.

In her free time, Tracy enjoys family moments, live music, comedy clubs, wineries, and gardening, making her an excellent guide for individuals pursuing various career paths.

Chris Lee

Chris combines over two decades’ experience providing sales, leadership, pre-sales guidance, and project management oversight for multiple high-profile organizations. Specializing in MedTech and Workforce Consulting, he focuses on building strategic partnerships with clients and delivering a highly differentiated customer experience. Born in Northeast Ohio and proud Kent State University graduate.

When he's not working with clients, he's focused on his family and in his free time he enjoys coaching football and spending as much time with his two children as possible.
